Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by CityRefresh Papillion Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Services Provided

CityRefresh Papillion Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing. All services are subject to availability and applicable laws.

We make every effort to respond promptly to service requests, but response times may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, traffic, driver availability, and the nature of the emergency. We do not guarantee specific arrival times.

Payment and Pricing

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on factors including distance, type of vehicle, time of day, and the nature of the service required.

All price estimates provided are approximations and may be subject to change based on actual conditions encountered during service. You will be informed of any significant price changes before work is completed. If you refuse payment after services are rendered, we reserve the right to retain possession of your vehicle until payment is received in full.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, location, and the nature of your service request. You must ensure that your vehicle is free of personal belongings of significant value before it is towed. While we take reasonable care of your vehicle, we are not responsible for items left inside.

You agree to provide proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership when requested. If you are not the owner of the vehicle, you must have authorization from the owner to request towing services.

Limitation of Liability

CityRefresh Papillion Towing carries appropriate insurance and takes all reasonable precautions to ensure your vehicle is handled safely. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage that occurs due to the inherent condition of the vehicle itself.

Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repairs for damage directly caused by our negligence, up to a maximum amount as allowed by law. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost wages, rental car costs, or other indirect losses resulting from vehicle breakdowns or towing services.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the time and expenses incurred.

Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is stored at our facility or an impound lot, daily storage fees will apply. You are responsible for all storage fees until the vehicle is retrieved. We reserve the right to place a lien on vehicles for unpaid towing or storage fees as permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue. We are committed to working with you to find a fair solution. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the State of Nebraska.
